Use of De-Identified Data and Information Sharing
We use cookies to understand how people use āhei and toimprove performance. We use Google Analytics for web insights, which collects anonymised data and does not identify individual users.
āhei will never sell your Personal Information or identifiable data to any third party.

Support & Resource Provider Visibility:
The components required to deliver āhei’s web services are hosted on Microsoft’s Azure Cloud platform in the “New Zealand North” region, based in Auckland, New Zealand.
Organisation Listing Support Platforms can see a list of organisations (e.g., schools or clubs) signed up to āhei and whether those organisations are currently active.
- Resource Analytics: Resource Providers can see activity and usage data specifically related to the resources they provide.
- Regional Insights: We may share generalised, aggregated regional activity data with trusted partners to help identify trends and support educational or sporting outcomes in specific areas.
- Controlled Access: Support Platforms may request access to specific school data; however, this access is strictly controlled by the school (Authorised Entity) and requires their explicit approval.
International Transfers
We may use de-identified or aggregated information (which cannot be linked back to any individual) for purposes such as research, service improvement, and reporting. In some cases, this anonymised data may be shared or sold to trusted partners, but only when it directly supports our mission. This keeps the platform free for users.
