Planning physical activities can be challenging.

Try āhei

We hear it all the time: planning sports activities that work for everyone is overwhelming.

Whether you’re juggling mixed abilities, shifting attention spans, or finding time between everything else, creating sessions that feel good for every tamaiti can be exhausting.

At āhei, we believe in mana-enhancing planning. The people who show up every day for our kids deserve tools that work.

So we made one.

No more rewriting the same thing for different needs. āhei gives you instant access to ready-made sessions, adaptable resources, and practical guidance so you can get back to the good stuff, seeing your tamariki thrive.

Our team combines experience in disability sport, coaching and tech. We created āhei to support the people who support our tamariki.

Movement plays a vital role in today’s world — supporting wellbeing, focus, and connection. But more than that, it helps tamariki build the confidence and capability they need to thrive. We created āhei to make sure every child gets the chance to move, grow, and succeed — no matter their starting point.
